The Day We Met
December 5th, 2022. We walked into that room not knowing what to expect. Eight puppies, all curled up together. But when Malcolm opened his eyes and looked right at us — and then Angus did the same — it was over. We were done. There was no going back.
These four photos capture something we go back to all the time. The beginning. Before the chewed shoes, before the 3 AM potty breaks, before the endless games of fetch. Just two tiny dogs, completely dependent on the world, trusting it completely.
