People ask us all the time: "How did you choose?"
We didn't. They chose us. Malcolm looked up from the pile, made eye contact, and that was it. Angus followed his brother's lead — because that's what Angus does. He watches, he learns, he follows. Malcolm leads. That's been the dynamic from day one.
